2. Please have your Policy Reference ready when filing for, or communicating with us on, your claims.
3. We will provide advice, and/or assist you with filing of the necessary claim forms.
4. If you do not hear about the outcome of your claim within 14 working days, please call our customer service, or your personal insurance agent.
